Strategic Planning Applications

Executive Workshop has been used in Strategic Planning sessions to reach agreement on the future course of corporations and consensus on Mission and Value Statements.

If required, Issues and plans can then be presented to the rest of the corporation executive and/or general staff for buy-in through voting on the approval of the plan. This confirms to the executive that all levels of the corporation understand the Values and Path the corporation is taking.
